Incorporation By Reference (IBR) / CGA Federal Register Review Period
CGA publications which are proposed for incorporation by reference (IBR) in federal regulations may be posted for free public review during the comment period announced for an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rule Making (ANPRM) or Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM).
You can access these publications as locked, read-only documents during the review period. You will need to register with CGA as a customer or login to your existing account in order to access the free publications. Prior to downloading the publication, you will need to install Adobe Reader and the FileOpen Plugin in order to open the file.
After the public review period expires, you can purchase an electronic or hardcopy version of these publications on the CGA Customer Website.
